    About Track Your Sleep

    Sleep is essential to staying healthy and feeling good. With adequate sleep of 7-9 hours, you’re in a better mood and have more energy to get things done. You also lower your risk of major health problems like heart disease, stroke, dementia, diabetes, obesity and even some types of cancer.

    How Does It Work?

    1. Link your compatible Fitbit or Garmin with AIA Vitality app.

    To qualify for the 5 points, a minimum of 420 minutes or 7 hours of total sleep must be tracked. Tracking period runs from midday to midday (12 noon to 11:59 of the following day).

    Vitality Points will be awarded for tracking sleep for one device per day. If you use more than one device to track sleep on the same day, AIA Vitality will allocate points based on the device that tracked the longest sleep.

    Note that naps of less than an hour are usually not accurately tracked with these devices.
